Tales and Tails Is a Hit!

Sam has started doing visits to the Giles County Public Library in a program called R.E.A.D. - Reading Education Assistance Dog.

Children who are learning to read can read to Sam to help develop their reading skills. Sam provides a friendly listener who passes no judgement on the reader, and helps them develop confidence in reading out loud.

Sam was even featured in the local newspaper!
